Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Niki’s Hair Salon. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please read our booking policy carefully before making an appointment.

Appointments and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for longer services such as braids, weaves, wig installations, and specialist treatments.
  • Deposits will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the schedule for the day.
  • Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee.

No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Hair Preparation

  • Unless otherwise agreed, clients should arrive with clean, detangled hair.
  • Additional charges may apply if extra preparation time is required.
  • Please contact us before your appointment if you are unsure how to prepare your hair.

Children and Additional Guests

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments

  • We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods.
  • Full payment is required at the completion of your service.

Hair Extensions and Products

  • Hair extensions and products purchased from the salon are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.
  • Please check stock and colour availability before booking.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can discuss a suitable solution.
